Dear Supervisors:

A regular meeting of the Port of The Islands Community Improvement District Board of Supervisors will be held on November 20, 2020 at 9 AM at the Orchid Cove Clubhouse on 25005 Peacock Lane in Naples, Florida 34114. The Agenda is included in Section 2. and a few points of interest are as follows:

• The meeting will begin with the swearing in of recently elected Supervisors and consideration of Resolution 2021-01 to reorganize the Board as required after an election affecting the Board
• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes for October 16, 2020, the special meeting minutes for October 23, the current utility operations report, landscaper notes, and field report; the financial reports were sent under separate cover
• There will be updates on AC repair and the SCADA replacement at the plant, and a new proposal for hardwood tree removal
• The bid review committee will present their recommendation on the water meter changeout program
• There will be further discussion on cable TV/internet options for the community with bulk proposals from OpticalTel and Summit Broadband
