Dear Supervisors,

The regular meeting of the Port of The Islands Community Improvement District Board of Supervisors will be held on November 15, 2019 at 9 AM at the Orchid Cove Clubhouse on 25005 Peacock Lane in Naples, FL 34114. The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• As per usual, enclosed are the Regular Meeting Minutes from October 18, the Utility Operations Report for October, the Field Report for November, and the Financials for October 31
• I will provide updates on Website ADA compliance and FEMA reimbursement
• There will be an update on the planting of the Retention Pond
• More discussion on the Statewide Mutual Aid agreement
• Utilities operations contract amendment for Board consideration
• Closed session for pending litigation regarding the Marina Owners lawsuit
