The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• The Attorney will present a Memorandum to the Board and a Resolution to adopt emergency Board of Supervisors meeting procedure changes due to the COVID-19 emergency
• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from March 20, 2020, the Utility Operations Report for April, the web financials for March, and the web field report for April
• The Draft of the FY 2021 Budget that was previously presented will be discussed
