Notice of POICID Rules Workshop: September 17, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.

Port of the Islands CID Rules Workshop:

A workshop of the Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Port of the Islands Community Improvement District (“POICID”) is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 17, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. at the Orchid Cove Clubhouse, 25005 Peacock Lane, Naples, FL 34114. The purpose of the workshop is to provide a venue for Board discussion with public input for rule development regarding possible additions, deletions, and/or changes.

The subject areas to be addressed by rule development include possible amendments to the District’s rules regarding: definitions, procedures, rates, fees, and charges relating to water and wastewater regulations; definitions, rates, fees, and charges relating to utility service; and rules, definitions, and procedures relating to Equivalent Residential Connections (ERCs).

This workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. This workshop will also be accessible via webconference with the login link and instructions provided on the District’s website at POICID.com.
